Rules of thumb used: axle-line limit ≈ 12 t (GCC), travel height limit ≈ 4.95 m (UAE major routes — survey lower routes!), width > 3.5 m or height > 4.95 m triggers escort + route survey. EHV units ship oil-out with bushings, conservator and radiators removed; dry-air or N₂ blanket with pressure gauge and a 3-axis impact recorder (alarm ≥ 3 g).
