This policy explains what personal data TransformerPath ("we") collects, why, and your rights. TransformerPath is an information platform operated by a freelancer under a freelance digital-marketing licence, and is the data controller for personal data collected through this website.
We do not sell your personal data and do not share it except with the service providers below who process it on our behalf.
An email-marketing platform (subscriber lists + newsletter delivery), our website host Netlify (form submissions + hosting), a privacy-friendly analytics provider, Google (AdSense advertising, which may use cookies and share data with Google as described in Google's privacy policy), and ipapi.co (an approximate country lookup from your IP address for regional content). Each processes data only as needed to provide its service.
Essential cookies keep the site working (theme preference, course-access state). We only load Google AdSense, which uses advertising cookies, after you accept our consent banner. If you choose "Essential only", AdSense is never loaded. You can also control personalised ads via Google Ads Settings and the YourAdChoices opt-out.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and unsubscribe at any time. To exercise any right, contact us. Depending on your location (e.g. EU/UK GDPR and other applicable data-privacy laws) you may have additional rights, including complaining to a supervisory authority.
We keep data only as long as needed and take reasonable measures to protect it. No online service can be guaranteed 100% secure.
TransformerPath is operated by the licence holder. Questions or data-requests: email privacy@transformerpath.com, or contact us.
This policy reflects how TransformerPath operates today and will be updated as the service evolves.
Where you make a purchase, payment is processed by Stripe, acting as our payment processor. Stripe receives your name and billing details to process your transaction; we do not store your card number. You may review Stripe's own privacy terms for its handling of that data.
