TransformerPath is an information and media platform. Content — intelligence, listings, grid data, prices, event details — is provided for general information only, on an "as is" basis. It is not professional, engineering, legal, financial or procurement advice, and you must not rely on it as such.
Listings are compiled from public sources and, where applicable, confirmed by the companies per our verification standards. Verification confirms identity and stated credentials at the time of review — it is not a guarantee of quality, delivery or commercial performance. Always do your own due diligence before any transaction.
TransformerPath is not a broker, agent or party to any transaction between users. Any dealings you enter into with companies found via the Site are solely between you and them.
The Site carries clearly-identified sponsorships/advertising and may contain affiliate links (e.g. hotels/flights around events) from which we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This never influences editorial content.
The TransformerPath name, logo, design and original content are our property or used with permission. You may view and link to the Site, but may not copy, scrape or republish substantial content without written permission.
Where you purchase paid access (Engineer, Professional, Enterprise or any future plan), access runs for the stated period — currently a single payment for 12 months — and does not automatically renew. Access is for the number of seats in the plan you selected and for your own lawful use; you must not redistribute login details or share access beyond the plan's entitlements. Your payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. The technical standard of any delivered course-completion record or review is described on the applicable page and is not an accredited or licensed professional credential.
Because access is granted immediately on payment, cancellations are effective at the end of the paid period (no auto-renewal). You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the learning material was not substantially accessed; any capstone review and digital books already delivered are non-refundable. Refund requests are handled via contact us. Digital books are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use and may not be resold or redistributed.
Capstones are manually reviewed by TransformerPath's engineering reviewer; automated grading is not used for the engineering assessment. Course-completion records confirm completion of the reviewed work and are not accredited, licensed or recognised professional qualifications.
Buyer RFQ submissions are free. We may compare your requirement with supplier capability and forward details to relevant suppliers. Your name, company and contact details are never displayed publicly; responses are sent to you. You are responsible for the accuracy of the specification you submit.
Supplier listings are compiled from public sources and, where applicable, confirmed by the company. Verified/Pro tiers confirm that a company has confirmed its own information; they are not a guarantee of quality, delivery or performance, and do not imply endorsement. We may suspend a listing that is misleading or that breaches these terms.
We may suspend or terminate access for unlawful use, attempts to defeat access controls, resale of content, or breach of these terms. Accounts created in breach of these terms may be closed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TransformerPath is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site or its content.

TransformerPath is operated by Nishad Milind Pathak under a freelance digital-marketing licence, and these terms apply to all access to its content and tools and to any paid purchase processed by Stripe.
